Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all power cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Quilter Labs

  Affix the provided return label or ship your package to our service center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange unit within 5-7 business days.
